Party Hat  & Cone

 This pattern will print on 8.5 x 11” paper or cardstock to create a party hat to wear and a festive cone you can decorate and fill with sweets, flowers or party favors. If you punch 2 small holes on either side you can add elastic to keep the hat on, or add ribbon or wire to hang your cone and fill it with all kinds of goodies to suit almost any occasion and celebration! 

Party cones, often called cornets, were popular Victorian decorations and they work great for New Years, Valentines Day, birthdays, baby or wedding showers, Halloween and other celebrations. You can print the pattern and cut it out to use as a template and trace it over plain or pattern paper or felt and depending on your theme there are numerous embellishment possibilities! You can add double sided tape to the little tab on the side or extend the pattern on the side to make a larger hat.

* Note – This pattern also fits on our 6 x 12” paper from our 4 Paper Pads which are double sided and make the inside of your cones look nice.
